Responsibilities •Assist property manager in planning and implementing advertising
•Assist property manager in showing property to potential residents
•Respond to phone calls, e-mails, texts, and other types of customer correspondence
•Processing applications
•Processing and keeping track of lease and other resident documents
•Tracking rental payments
•Monitoring and notifying residents of important deadlines
•Marketing the company on social media and helping to update the company website and property management software.
•Respond to maintenance requests by dispatching/coordinating/maintenance team or contractor
•Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
•Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met
Qualifications •Communicates well, both verbally and written
•Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
•Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
•Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Oak Street Management
