** This is a hybrid-schedule (Albany, NY), 1+ year W2 contract with the potential to extend.

Position Overview

• The Program Manager will lead the statewide implementation of a new Data Governance Board Plan.
• This role will be responsible for driving execution of enterprise data management initiatives, coordinating governance bodies, and ensuring measurable progress across the complex state Medicaid environment.
• The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who can operate at both strategic and operational levelsfacilitating collaboration, enforcing standards, and managing multiple high-visibility initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience implementing data governance frameworks or managing enterprise-level data programs
• Proven success leading data governance board design, policy development, or data management strategy execution
• Deep knowledge of data management principles such as DAMA, stewardship, metadata, and data quality
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and executive stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Experience managing structured action plans and measurable outcomes
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred

Compensation Details: $75/hr W2
