Charlie Mike Protective Services is looking to hire for the following positions in the surrounding Tucson area.  

Charlie Mike Protective Services offers a career, not a job! We are redefining the high-end security industry and now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Security agents to join our team. We offer competitive pay ($20-$22) for qualified, motivated, and licensed candidates. As an Armed Security agent, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary role will involve patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance systems, and promptly responding to security threats or emergencies. You must possess a valid firearms license and demonstrate exceptional judgment and professionalism in high-pressure situations. Day, nights, evenings, weekends, holidays, and 8 to 12-hour shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas on foot and in vehicles to detect any security breaches and ensure the safety of individuals and property.
2. Crowd Control: Maintain control over large crowds and gatherings by implementing crowd management strategies, ensuring public safety, and diffusing any potential conflicts or disturbances.
3. Access Control: Verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, check identification, and enforce proper access protocols. Restrict entry to unauthorized personnel and prevent any unauthorized activities.
4. Incident Reporting: Document all security-related incidents, accidents, or observations promptly and accurately. Complete incident reports, maintain a detailed record of events and provide necessary information to supervisors and law enforcement as required.
5. Firearm Handling: Adhere to all relevant firearms regulations and safety protocols. Safely and responsibly handle firearms, ensuring proper storage, maintenance, and usage following company policies and local regulations.
6. Customer Service: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, visitors, and employees. Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and address concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must hold a valid license in the State of Arizona as an armed/ unarmed guard through DPS.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in security, or law enforcement is preferred.
• Prior experience in armed security, military combat, military police, and law enforcement is essential, 4 years is required.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response tactics.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with diverse individuals and diffusing conflicts.
• Physical fitness and agility to perform patrols, respond to emergencies, and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness.
• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
