Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist to support emergency department clinical pharmacy services in an acute care hospital setting.
Salary Range (Annual)
From: $136,406.40 To: $200,000
The role includes medication management for emergency patients, rapid clinical decision support, collaboration with ED physicians and nursing staff, code response support, and optimization of pharmacotherapy in emergency and critical care scenarios.

State License: Delaware Pharmacist License (Delaware eligible upon acceptance)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
Active/Eligible Pharmacist License
BPS Board Certified Pharmacist
Certificate in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care
Minimum 2 years hospital experience
Completion of clinical training
BLS, ACLS, PALS required
Shift: Day Shift (Full Time) – 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
