Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and record financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Conduct basic financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain and organize financial records with a high level of attention to detail.
• Utilize Excel and other computer tools to manage data and generate reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch representatives to resolve inquiries.
• Assist in preparing journal entries and understanding basic accounting principles.
• Access payment company websites to retrieve and analyze transaction details.
• Contribute to building a positive and cohesive team environment through flexibility and professionalism.• Degree in Accounting preferred, but candidates with strong math skills and an understanding of journal entries are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial data tools such as Bloomberg Terminal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and branch representatives.
