Responsibilities Primary duty is to help meet the personal health, safety and welfare of residents in the group home. Assist and/or supervise individuals in personal care areas (bathing/toileting), cleaning, cooking and life skills. Administer and/or assist with medication administration. Communicate effectively with supervisors, co‑workers and residents. Drive residents to/from day programs and other community activities using agency vehicles. Daily documentation of services provided. Assist with fun community‑based activities. Shift and Hours 16 hours per week: Saturday 12pm – 8pm, Sunday 7am – 3pm. All offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of background checks, fingerprinting, pre‑employment physical and drug test.
