About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Stage & Exhibit Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing engaging, visually striking stage environments and exhibits that enhance audience experience and align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute stage show and exhibit environments from concept to final production.
• Develop creative visual solutions that communicate themes, stories, and brand messaging.
• Produce detailed design drawings, 3D renderings, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with producers, technical directors, fabricators, and other creative stakeholders.
• Ensure designs are innovative while remaining practical, safe, and within budget constraints.
• Oversee production and installation of designs to maintain creative integrity.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Scenic Design, Exhibition Design, Theater Design, Industrial Design, or a related field , or relative experience
• 3-5 years of experience in stage, scenic, or exhibit design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong portfolio showcasing stage, scenic, or exhibit design work.
• Excellent understanding of spatial design, materials, lighting, and audience flow.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both creative and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with live events, trade shows, or touring productions .
• Knowledge of fabrication methods, set construction, and installation.
• Familiarity with AV integration, lighting, and interactive technologies.
