Job Description

1.对外服务于客户(Apple DFM/TE/NPO/GSM)，负责SMT 前段，后段试产前各客户需求及信息传达到各个Funtion 问题汇总，推动解决，同时汇报给PM经理风险项目,与美国Apple客户对接需求，沟通计划；带领厂内团队及Factory完成相关工作事项，从前提准备，到产品制作直至最终完成出货

2.项目实施：协调项目组成员，确保所有资源（人/机/料/环/法/测）按期到达或达成，达成客户需求；

产品开发管理：掌握所有产品的开发进度，推动工艺改善及优化，协调安排工艺验证，提升产品的利润率，确保量产前最优工艺能够稳定生产； 3.试产过程中负责良率&FACA review，主导线体/设备/治具的buy off 以及UPH,人力产能等相关制程事项，确保OK2Build. 工程文件制定的推进(2D/产品BOM/Flower chart/SOP/POP等)；根據客戶要求定義SMT/MLB製程參數，并得到客戶許可,匯總SMT各部門工程實驗板及材料需求, 信息汇报给OPM，并得到客戶同意

根據 Aplha Build Matrix & 安排 SMT build plan,召開NPI產前會議, 協調安排各部門工作內容及Due day,NPI生產進度跟蹤, 協調相關部門處理異常
針對每日試產Issue和FATP 實際來料狀況調整管控SMT build plan
重大Issue 收斂及解決方案追蹤，生產料況CTB 的掌控，重大品質異常Highlight處理，推动各单位试产进度及相关品質異常Highlight處理
