Scale Operator-Crusher/Aggregates

What You Can Expect:

• Starting at $22.00/hour or more, depending on experience, with a $10/hour shift differential
• Annual increase potential
• OT after 8
• Per Diem & travel time pay
• Paid Time Off
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses unlimited

What You Will Do:

• Operate scales for aggregates and asphalt
• Provide great customer service to both internal & external customers
• Administrative duties are needed throughout the day
• Communicate with other lines of business throughout the day
• Learn a new trade
