The Part-time Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the front desk and reception area. The Receptionist will serve as first point of contact for Allegiant Stadium by answering the main phone line, returning calls, greeting all visitors/guests, and responding to guest emails with current information on a daily basis. Essential Functions include welcoming on-site visitors, announcing visitors to appropriate personnel, assisting visitors with logging into the visitor management system, ordering and tracking parking passes for office visitors, answering all incoming calls on the main, multi-line system and directing to the appropriate contact, voice mail box and/or handling as needed, taking messages and communicating to employees, serving as back-up for other phone lines when office admin staff is on break, receiving, sorting, and routing incoming mail and faxes, maintaining office supplies for copy room, kitchen area and other public use areas, overseeing facility maintenance and engineering requests for administrative office, calling and arranging equipment maintenance with appropriate vendor(s), maintaining clean common areas including kitchen and conference room, assisting in event planning and implementation for customer service, prospecting and staff events, and assisting with special projects as needed. Required Qualifications include a minimum education level of High School diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of related work experience, ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system, organizational skills to gather, categorize and maintain business documents, ability to work in a team environment, ability to work evenings and weekends and/or holidays & overtime as required, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
