Strong attention to detail with unit turns, financial reporting, how to deal with difficult tenants, delinquency situations, and evictions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for property management. You will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
