Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is looking for a Seasonal Full time Mixologist to join our exciting team. Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award winning team, while beginning your career with the world's leading luxury hotel company!

What You Will Do
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to create elegant, balanced and refined cocktails utilizing local & seasonal ingredients.
  • Candidate is expected to prepare all signature and classic cocktails on the menu to the established standard from memory.
  • Candidate is expected to provide guests with exceptional service with a naturally positive, outgoing and natural style.
  • Candidate must engage guests about offerings behind the bar and offer interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation method.
  • Must maintain working knowledge of all products served behind the bar and throughout the restaurant, inclusive of full food menu.
  • Knowledge and ability to create house-made shrubs, bitters & shrubs required.
What You Bring
  • Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Ability to carry and balance a tray.
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years within the high end hotel/resort restaurant industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hotel or restaurant experience preferred
  • Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Schedule
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work in outside conditions year-round
