We're seeking a motivated and curious Product Management Intern to join our team focused on developing innovative solutions that span across all of our solution offerings and segments. In this role, you'll gain valuable experience working alongside experienced product managers and cross-functional discovery teams helping us shape the future of our offerings. You will be exposed to multiple segments and teams across the business but focus your day-to-day on specific opportunity areas working closely with small, product discovery teams.
What you'll do: - Deeply understand and document customer unmet needs and pain points through empathy interviews and desk research
- Help with development and documentation of learning plans to test our riskiest assumptions through rapid experimentation
- Execute experiments and synthesize qualitative and quantitative learnings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle
- Learn the fundamentals of product management and discovery best practices

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
