Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Pre-Owned Sales Administrator to join our team in Kennesaw, GA . The Pre-Owned Sales Administrator will be responsible for the oversight of all sales transactions within the group. They will also be responsible for the accuracy of all transaction-based information related to the sale and movement of all pre-owned cars, except for rental cars. Additionally, they will also be responsible for the oversight of all tasks/paperwork to complete the order process. This includes but is not limited to, order entry, inventory management, customer communication, etc. This position will report to the Pre-Owned Business Supervisor.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the entire order entry process for all Pre-Owned Golf Car unit sales.
• Responsible for ensuring that all Pre-Owned Golf car orders match Sales Worksheet and customers agreements. (i.e., pricing, pid, signature, etc.)
• Ensures that the financial terms outlined in the Sales worksheet and customer agreements are properly represented in SAP. Acts as the primary contact for all Pre-Owned Business portal transactions. This includes uploading condition reports, updating Salesforce, and recording sales transactions.
• Issue Bill of Ladings, customer credits and rebill invoices to complete the New Golf car invoicing process.
• Works in coordination with Pre-Owned Business supervisor to ensure that monthly/yearly budget targets are met.
• Assists with inventory reconciliation and tracking at customer/business partner locations (Travel up to 10%).

What you’ll need to be successful :

• High School diploma / GED required. Associates / bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• A strong attention to detail especially related to financial transactions.
• Must have in depth knowledge on Yamaha Golf Car's (Preferred)
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Able to conduct formal presentations and possess the ability to map out detailed processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
