Commercial Sales Representative – OnGuard Pest Control

Territory: Brooklyn • Bronx • Manhattan

OnGuard Pest Control is rapidly expanding our commercial presence across New York City, and we’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Commercial Sales Representative to help us grow.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, identify, and close new recurring commercial service contracts throughout Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM and outbound outreach strategies.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and create tailored pest management proposals for businesses across multiple sectors.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent OnGuard with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Prior B2B sales experience , ideally within service industries such as pest control, facilities, HVAC, security, janitorial, landscaping, linens/uniforms, etc.
  • Strong cold-calling, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel by car throughout NYC.
  • Comfortable performing on-site inspections (training provided).
  • Track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Earnings

We offer a hybrid compensation plan that rewards high performance.

Base Salary

$50,000 – $60,000 annually , based on experience.

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Commercial reps at OnGuard typically earn:

$105,000 – $130,000+ annually with strong sales performance.

Commission & Bonuses

We provide an aggressive commission plan for new recurring contracts and one-time commercial jobs, along with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.

Full commission and bonus details are reviewed during the interview process.
