Job Description

*Primary Responsibilities:*

1) Complete medication reviews with health plan members via phone.

2) Support Medicaid Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees by conducting therapeutic class reviews, new drug evaluations, inter-rater reviews, FWA research and write coverage policies.

3) Assist with project related tasks. Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner.

*Preferred Experience and Licensing:*

Pharmacy Intern License issued by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy

2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy, pharmacy department of a health plan or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) is preferred

Ability to speak Spanish is preferred, but not required
