What Youll Own:

• Team Leadership
  Coach, support, and elevate a team of smart, passionate professionals.

• Operations & Workflow
  Keep the practice humming with smooth schedules, efficient systems, and an eye for continuous improvement.

• Patient Experience
  Champion the type of care and service that turns first-time patients into raving fans.

• Financial Oversight
  Own the numbers that matter: collections, A/R, budgets, and business growth metrics.

• HR & Compliance
  Onboard new hires, support performance, and ensure everything from HIPAA to OSHA is on point.

Youll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 2+ years experience managing in a dental or medical office (Open Dental experience = extra gold stars)
