Job Responsibilities:
- As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys by:
- Accurate Case Preparation: Preparing documents meticulously, ensuring deadlines are met, and adhering to court or client requirements.
- Efficient Document Management: Maintaining organized and up-to-date case files, making information easily accessible to the legal team.
- Effective Communication: Handling client interactions with professionalism and collaborating with attorneys to ensure seamless case management.
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conducting in-depth research on case law, statutes, and regulations, synthesizing information for case strategies.
- Discovery and Trial Support: Assisting with discovery and preparing materials for trials, ensuring attorneys are fully equipped for court appearances.

Requirements
- A reliable home office setup, including a computer, high-speed internet, and any other necessary equipment to perform job responsibilities remotely.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or similar role in a legal setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Benefits
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday with 30 hours per week billable requirement
