This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager at Sunbelt Technology. The Office Manager will be responsible for administrative assistance, office equipment management, customer service, and overall office administration tasks in Atlanta, GA.  You must be able to use Quickbooks for reconciliations, A/R and A/P.  You are the first face the clients see when they walk into the showroom.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Administrative Assistance and Office Administration experience
• Proficiency in managing office equipment and ability to answer phones along with speak to walk in clients
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of basic office software and tools
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in the technology or home entertainment industry is a plus
• Quickbooks Expert is a must
