You must be able to carefully serve and adhere to the fast pace of the work place. Also, must be able to maintain the restaurant's needs and cleanliness throughout the shift. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an sous chef/chef de Cuisine in a high volume restaurant venue
• Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with your team
• Management experience in a kitchen and organizational skills are a must
