Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team on a full-time, contract-to-hire basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects while enjoying a flexible hybrid work schedule in sunny Miami.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to develop compelling visual concepts for various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Assist in the creation of branding materials, marketing collateral, website graphics, and presentations.
  • Translate creative briefs and objectives into visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design software advancements.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with both digital and print design processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web design principles and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house marketing environment.
