Job Description

Identity Boutik is seeking a motivated and creative Fashion Marketing Intern to join our team for a 8-week program. This internship offers hands-on experience in fashion marketing, styling, content creation, and brand management. You’ll play an active role in executing campaigns, assisting with photoshoots, and supporting pop-up activations during the holiday season.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and holiday promotions.
• Support content creation, scheduling, and engagement across social media (Instagram, TikTok).
• Style and curate products for photoshoots, pop-ups, and in-store displays.
• Capture and edit creative lifestyle or product photography.
• Research fashion trends and contribute ideas for brand storytelling.
• Help coordinate influencer collaborations, events, and pop-up activations.

Qualifications

• Based in Miami, Florida with a flexible schedule from Nov 3rd – Dec 29th .
• Dynamic, reliable, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
• Background in Sales , Marketing , Fashion , or Communications preferred.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and creative storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of photography and social-media marketing.
• Friendly, professional, and eager to learn.
• Languages: English (required); Haitian Creole and French (a plus).
