The ideal candidate will bring up to two years of interior design experience, with an enthusiasm for the design process, an ambition to learn and grow and a commitment to actively contribute to our creative and equitable firm culture.
**Qualifications:**
* 0-2 years of professional interior design experience
* Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
* Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
* Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication
* Ability to meet project deadlines in a collaborative team environment and complete a multitude of tasks
* Self-motivated with strong organization and time management
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
The Interior Design Intern position will typically:
* Utilize skills to create clear drawings, diagrams and renderings
* Research and assist with building material palettes with a focus on healthy material criteria
* Collaborate with manufacturers and acquire physical samples
* Collaborate with team members to develop the design and meet technical goals
* Assist in the research and specification of furniture
