Copywriter (with Social Media Content Experience)  needed for a fast-growing skincare company in Irvine, CA.

 
Direct Hire role paying $65,000 - $75,000/yr , depending on experience. Hours are 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday , 100% onsite. We are seeking a creative and strategic Copywriter with a strong grasp of social media storytelling to craft engaging, persuasive, and on-brand content across digital and print platforms. From product descriptions and campaign taglines to social captions and ad copy, your words will help shape our brand voice and inspire our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write engaging, brand-consistent copy for product packaging, website content, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media posts.
  • Develop compelling messaging digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product development teams to align messaging across all platforms.
  • Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and brand tone consistency.
  • Create social media captions and short-form content that drive engagement while maintaining an authentic voice.
  • Translate product benefits and scientific concepts into approachable, customer-friendly language.
  • Conduct market and trend research to ensure messaging remains relevant and competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and video teams to bring ideas to life through cohesive storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a faster paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or digital marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrates a variety of writing styles across web, print, and social media content.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to tone and detail.
  • Proven understanding of SEO best practices and keyword integration.
  • Familiarity with social media content strategy, trends, and analytics.
  • Experience using CMS tools to manage online content.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organized, meticulous, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
