We are looking for a bilingual Payroll Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to support our manufacturing team in San Dimas, California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to accurate and efficient payroll processing while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll systems like Kronos and UKG Pro, along with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain detailed payroll records, including employee timecards, deductions, and benefits information.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize Kronos or UKG Pro to manage payroll operations efficiently.
• Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed.
• Monitor and address payroll system updates or changes to maintain seamless operations.• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Proficiency in Kronos, UKG Pro, or similar payroll software is essential.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle payroll processes, including multi-state payroll.
• Experience managing payroll for over 500 employees is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Prior experience in payroll, HR, or accounting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with payroll compliance regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
