Financial Services Associate – Entry Level | Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

📍 Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

📅 6–12 month contract, potential to convert

💲 $19.00–$19.16/hour

Kickstart your career in financial services ! We’re seeking Financial Services Associates to support client accounts for a leading investment banking firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do

Respond to client account inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and professionalism
Troubleshoot account or service issues and provide effective solutions
Document interactions in internal systems to ensure clear, accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client concerns
Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve client experience

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (recent grads welcome)
6 months–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Customer service or contact center experience preferred
Candidates must be located in or near Columbus, OH
