Overview

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will lead your designated night shift team with fulfilling all customer orders that need to be pulled and loaded onto the delivery trucks. This is a hands-on supervisory role, where you'll lead by example and ensure your team is meeting necessary quotas and abiding by the safety guidelines. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team of 6-12 warehouse team members
• Assist with team safety training
• Support warehouse team with incoming client orders
• Ensure team meets daily delivery quotas
• Coach and lead team members as needed
• Report any unsafe and unprofessional behavior to management
• Report any team attendance occurrences to HR
• Attend leadership meetings
• Support Operations Manager with goals and projects
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of recent warehouse Supervisor experience
• High-volume, fast-paced distribution warehouse experience
• Professional leadership skillset
• Proficient computer and data entry skills
• Ability to successfully work Night Shift schedule
• Upon job offer, ability to pass background check and UA drug screen

Schedule: Night Shift with 4:00PM Start Time

Compensation: $65,000 - $72,000 Annually + Full Benefits Package!
