Shifts Available: 24/7 Operations

We are currently hiring both experienced and entry-level associates for positions in our Warehouse Distribution Center. The roles include Assembly Line Workers, Order Selectors, Pickers, Loaders, and Off loaders. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and smooth operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assembly Line Workers:

   • Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
   • Operate machinery and tools safely.
   • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

2. Order Selectors:

   • Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
   • Use handheld devices and warehouse management systems.
   • Ensure proper labeling and packaging of selected items.

3. Pickers:

   • Locate and retrieve products from designated areas.
   • Maintain accurate inventory records.
   • Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment.

4. Loaders:

   • Safely load products onto delivery trucks.
   • Ensure proper weight distribution and secure packaging.
   • Adhere to loading procedures and safety guidelines.

5. Off loaders :

   • Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against shipping manifests.
   • Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies.
   • Organize and palletize incoming goods for storage.

Qualifications:

• For Experienced Candidates:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

• For Entry-Level Candidates:

  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment with varying shifts.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
