Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will support our organization by performing a wide range of administrative and technical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize digital files and documents using SharePoint and Dropbox
• Handle email management and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Support in organizing and maintaining internal systems and processes
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• Preferred background in SharePoint and Dropbox for file management
• Familiarity with Zoho platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Experience in project management or operations support
