Role Overview

From podcasts and commercials to viral social content, the Videographer will shape how our audience experiences the hustle and heart behind everything we do. This is an end-to-end production role — handling shooting and editing from capturing raw footage to delivering polished final cuts. Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of Handsome Homebuyer’s value proposition and brand positioning to ensure all content reflects our voice and vision.
• Lead end-to-end video production, from concept development and filming to editing and delivery.
• Create engaging content for multiple platforms—including social media, ads, and behind-the-scenes video diaries—that highlights the energy, passion, and drive of Handsome Homebuyer.
• Stay current on real estate, investor, and social media marketing trends to develop fresh, on-trend video ideas that drive engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to brainstorm and execute creative video strategies and content series that support company goals.
• Manage video assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Sora or similar platforms) to accelerate edits and scale high-quality content production efficiently.
• Continuously experiment with new features and approaches to improve output quality and speed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional videography, cinematography and editing experience.
• Deep understanding of platform nuances (hooks, pacing, captions, aspect ratios, length, and CTAs).
• Proficiency with camera, lighting, and audio setups and with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar platforms.
• Strong storytelling instincts, composition, and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• A portfolio and reel demonstrating storytelling ability, creative direction, and versatility—from cinematic narratives to short-form, high-impact social content.
• Self-starter who takes initiative, experiments, and iterates quickly.
• Knowledge of using AI-powered tools for Marketing/ Video creating
• Social media savvy: deep understanding of platform best practices, tailoring content to each channel, and a strong creative drive.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree i n film/media production (equivalent professional experience welcomed)

Compensation

$75,000 to $100,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skills and years of relevant experience.

In-Office Position

This is a full-time on-site role. You’ll work on-site at our Long Island office, collaborating closely with our in-house teams. Some equipment is provided; you should also bring your own camera gear .

Selection Process
