Children's Specialty Group (CSG), a physician-led private practice, seeks a Vice Chair of Mental Health at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD). The successful candidate will also serve as a Division Director for Child Psychiatry, Psychology, and Mental Health at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS). You'll lead academic initiatives, collaborate with clinical leaders, and support high standards in pediatric mental health. • Support recruitment and retention to build a team committed to high standards in mental health care
• Enhance CHKD's mental health services by fully integrating academic initiatives into clinical operations
• Develop medical education programs in partnership with CHKD's clinical and operational leadership teams
• Advance pediatric mental health through impactful research, training, and service excellence within a leading institution
