Job and Site Description

The UNARMED Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, and property. This includes patrolling the site premises, monitoring surveillance footage, and responding to any security-related incidents or emergencies. The UnArmed Security Guard will also be responsible for enforcing store policies and procedures, as well as helping to prevent theft and other criminal activity.

• Respond to security related complaints and ensure proper documentation is completed as required.
• Maintain and submit Incident and Maintenance reports. Reports must be legible, and submitted electronically.
• Work under general supervision of Site Supervisor, Quality Control Manager and Client Manager.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain professional communication with visitors and co-workers.
• Remain alert and vigilant while on duty
• Assist other officers in a team oriented
