Job Summary: The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for providing front-line, first level supervision and leadership to customer service representatives (CSRs) with the goal of meeting program objectives and customer service level agreements.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A combination of education and relevant call center or leadership experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Experience: 2+ years in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role.
