Position Summary

As a Substitute Paraprofessional, you’ll collaborate with classroom teachers to help students succeed both academically and socially.

Typical responsibilities include:
• Providing 1-on-1 support for students with special needs
• Assisting small groups in inclusive or resource classrooms
• Helping teachers with classroom management, lesson activities, and engagement

You’ll play an essential part in helping every student — especially those who need additional guidance — reach their full potential.

• $120–$170 per day, depending on the assignment
• Weekly direct deposit pay (every Friday)
