We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

$20-$23 hourly DOE

 

Recruiting experience working in a staffing agency is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the staffing industry needed, preferably in the light industrial field
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish required
