Onsite Manager – $20–$22/hr | 1st Shift | Bilingual Required

Locations: Elk Grove Village & Gurnee, IL
Schedule: 1st Shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM)
Pay: $20 – $22 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

PeopleShare is seeking a dedicated and energetic Onsite Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for staffing and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily onsite operations and serve as the main point of contact for employees and supervisors.

Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities.

Track attendance, schedules, and productivity metrics.

Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met.

Foster a positive, safe, and productive workplace environment.

Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required

Flexibility to work between Elk Grove Village and Gurnee locations.

Prior onsite management experience preferred.

Staffing and recruiting experience a strong plus.

Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
