Overview Paycor's Sr Manager, Pricing provides a consistent approach and strategic thinking for the pricing for all products and services. This position manages the discount approval of Paycor services and products sold. This position is responsible for managing the pricing process and developing strategic pricing recommendations to be presented to senior leadership. The Sr Manager, Pricing accomplishes these objectives through research and analysis of competitive pricing dynamics and development of robust pricing models for Paycor services and product lines. This position partners with product and sales leaders to operationalize pricing and profitability and drive both growth and margin expansion. The Sr Manager, Pricing will partner with multiple departments (Client Service, Sales, Product Management and Finance & Accounting) to ensure Paycor\'s pricing integrity. Responsibilities Conduct rigorous analysis and modeling based on key pricing inputs to develop optimal pricing recommendations Support the pricing strategy formulation to ensure both growth and profitability Synthesize analysis and present recommendations to senior Consolidate and manage competitor pricing knowledge over time to provide ever greater context for pricing decisions Provides support to sales organization in the development of price bids and contracts Deliver pricing recommendations that follow a logically reasoned, data-driven approach, supported by appropriate market research and competitive analysis Develop and guide pricing proposals through a governance process Manages pricing support team following Paycor\'s leader guidelines including but not limited to: Regular one-on-ones with direct reports, timely feedback, and other good management practices. Leads, motivates and encourages direct reports to achieve departmental and organizational goals Models the potential impact of pricing strategy revisions by conducting what-if analysis on pricing scenarios Manage and facilitate the day-to-day financial review, analysis, and approval process for large enterprise opportunities Responsible for creating and maintaining procedures of the pricing process Manage total pricing procedure, enhance process to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditions Analyze financial impact of price approach in view of overall history as well as profitability by client Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics and Finance - Preferred 6 years of experience in a deal desk role, pricing, contracts, order management, sales operations or revenue support role.
