The Senior Director, Product Operations & Digital Product Creation is a strategic and transformational leader responsible for optimizing Old Navys product-to-market pipeline and advancing digital ways of working across the global product organization to achieve improved business performance, consistent execution, and sustainable growth.
This role sits at the intersection of product creation, process excellence, and digital transformationdriving the systems, tools, and operational rhythms that enable teams to deliver product with greater speed, precision, and creativity. The Senior Director will lead and collaborate with the Product Operations team, oversee product-to-market calendars and milestones, and champion digital product creation (DPC) capabilities that unlock innovation, efficiency, and collaboration across design, merchandising, production, and supply chain. This role will also drive operational discipline through rigorous management of brand product deliverables, timelines and metrics and serve as the key linchpin connecting our brand teams to our GIS & supply chain organizations.

Salary Range: $190,400 $261,800 USD.
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
