Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to cover a short-term leave from September to mid-October. This contract position supports an elementary school caseload in the Boston, MA area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure optimal student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Current SLP-CCC certification.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
