AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well-respected school district in Fort Myers, FL to hire a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position. Key Responsibilities - Assist licensed SLPs in delivering speech and language therapy services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under supervision.Document student performance and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.Support district-wide initiatives including grade-level screenings and diagnostic evaluations.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of therapy plans.Provide educational support and resources to classroom teachers regarding speech and language strategies.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.Living in Lee County, FloridaLee County offers a vibrant lifestyle with access to outdoor adventures, cultural attractions, and coastal beauty.
