As a Social Media Manager, you'll use your deep understanding of the social media landscape and proven video content production management expertise to play a pivotal role in taking our clients' social media presence to new heights with engaging, fun, and high-quality content. 🎥 Your Role and Responsibilities

• Producing Video Content: You'll bring your experience in managing video content production to the table. This includes finding and briefing talent, securing locations, and ensuring all key stakeholders involved have a clear and precise understanding of their roles and the project's objectives.
• Creative Content Creation: Strategize, develop, execute and collaborate with key stakeholders to produce premium content, pushing the boundaries and taking our content to the next level.
• Production Oversight: Spearhead and coordinate the entire content creation process with our team. Your role involves ensuring each team member knows their deadlines and deliverables, keeping the production process efficient and smooth.
• In-Studio Involvement: Spend up to 10 days a month in our Lake Forest, CA studio. Your hands-on participation in the creative process is essential.
• On-Location Involvement: Actively engage in various on-location activities. Your role will be dynamic, involving tasks like directing talent and assisting with production needs.
• Social Media Management: You will bring your passion for knowing the ins and outs of social media (Meta, TikTok, and Instagram) to our team. You will be working alongside our Social Media Coordinator who is responsible for scheduling posts, but you will be responsible for coordinating the process and staying on top of trends, platform updates, and analyzing content performance that translates into actionable insights.

• Superior communication skills both written and verbal to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders and our clients.
• Excellent project management skills to manage the workflow of social media content creation from concept to delivery.
• A team player and can-do attitude with the ability to lead and work collaboratively in a creative team environment.

✅ Position Requirements

•   Studio Commitment: Your regular presence in our Lake Forest studio is a critical component of this role, facilitating collaboration and creative synergy.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Must have experience working in a creative in-house or agency environment.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Video and content production experience.
• Proactive and organized liaison to facilitate the workflow of video production and social media projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Meta and TikTok platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
