As a Skilled Trades Recruiter at Power, your responsibilities will include enhancing talent acquisition efforts, supporting rapid expansion, and driving installation capacity growth by attracting skilled trades talent. You will work closely with department leadership, receive mentorship, and aim to exceed hiring objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support national skilled trades and operations hiring needs with a team of recruiters.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize to meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as calls, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure a smooth process and positive experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work full-time in the office.
• Driven by candidate satisfaction and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or trades preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary plus commission: $75,000 - $90,000.
