Our primary location is a 159,000 square foot / 13-acre Fabrication and Coating Facility. Our services include Civil Engineering, Equipment Installation and Maintenance, Structural Erection, Electrical & Instrumentation Installation, Steel Fabrication, and Industrial Coatings. We serve customers across the Southwest United States and have completed projects in Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Texas, and Colorado.

Job Summary: Revolution Industrial is seeking an Industrial Recruiter. This person will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for skilled trades roles, including pipefitters, welders, ironworkers, electrical journeymen and apprentices, and other specialized positions. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with hiring managers across multiple departments, manage the company job board, and serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, and screen qualified candidates for skilled trades positions by using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, community events, and industry networking to fill critical roles.
  • Respond to applicant and hiring manager phone calls and questions.
  • Coordinate and administer craft tests.
  • Responsible for creating and sending job offer letters to candidates.
  • Adjust offer letters as needed (Pay, Start Date, Work location, PTO, company truck, company electronics).
  • Answer any questions from candidates and negotiate with the candidates on behalf of the hiring manager if necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling interviews via Outlook calendar, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment on job requirements and recruitment timelines.
  • Post, update, and maintain job listings on the companys job board and other relevant job platforms. Ensure all job descriptions are current and effectively represent the role.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all recruitment-related inquiries, maintaining proactive communication with both internal stakeholders and potential candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to monitor onboarding progress for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into the company.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates, from initial application through onboarding.
  • Track recruiting efforts via the company ATS system and keep up to date on candidates statuses (hired, phone screened, on hold, interviewed, not selected for position, etc.).
  • Bilingual is a PLUS!

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of construction recruiting experience.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and onboarding is a plus.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates.

Schedule:

  • In Office Only. No remote or hybrid work.
  • 8-hour shift, 5 days per week.
