Responsibilities include:

• Our firm services a wide range of diverse and successful individuals and entities.
•  
• Our breakdown of services is approximately: 85% tax preparation, tax planning and consulting and approximately 15% of audit and accounting engagements
•  
• Primarily preparing tax returns, including 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 and other
•  
• Assist in performing audits, reviews and compilations engagements
•  
• If qualified, reviewing of tax returns and/or financial statements

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience working for a small - regional accounting firm.
• Experience with above indicated tax services
• Detail and deadline-oriented.
• Have experience with GO System Tax and/or Ultratax software a plus.
• CPA or CPA candidate
