Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns to ensure accurate and timely filing.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic tax planning advice to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate and assist with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with external tax consultants and advisors to manage complex tax issues.
• Prepare tax provisions and ensure accurate reporting in financial statements.
• Monitor and document transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
• Support the preparation of tax-related financial reports and disclosures.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance tax compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with tax research and tax planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
