About the Role: General Motors is undergoing a major transformation in its software services. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in OneStream Development to design, develop, and maintain OneStream applications and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of OneStream solutions, including enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of OneStream projects, from requirements gathering to go?live and post?implementation support.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Deliver ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution for OneStream systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in planning development.
• Extensive knowledge of finance planning and consolidation processes.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OneStream application development.
• Proficiency in OneStream programming, C#, VB.NET, and VBA.
• Experience in finance data warehouse analytics.
• Knowledge of SAP, GitHub, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
• Experience developing reusable, adaptable technical frameworks.
