Job Description

As Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee two residential buildings totaling 400 beds on Dartmouth's campus. You'll be the on-site lead, managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring delivery to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily/higher ed construction project
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office for project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Provide weekly progress reports and updates to stakeholders
• Maintain a strong presence on-site (minimum 4 days/week)
• Foster long-term client relationships for future campus work

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Background in multifamily or higher education projects preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be on-site in Hanover, NH (housing provided if needed)
