• Generatenewclientrelationshipsthroughtargetedoutreachandreferrals
• Leaddiscoverycalls,pitchservicesconfidently,negotiatecontracts
• Delivercustomizedrecruitingsolutionsandgrowclientportfolios

Recruiting&Placement

• Source,engage,andplacehigh-impactcandidatesacrossexecutiveandprofessionalroles
• Conductstructuredinterviewsandpresentwell-positionedprofilestoclients
• Managethefullrecruitmentlifecycle,providingstrategiccounseltobothclientsandcandidates

YourQualifications:

• TrackRecordofSuccess: 2+yearsgenerating$300K+inannualgrossprofit/margin
• Relationship-Driven: Abletobuildandmaintainsenior-levelrelationships(uptoC-suite)
