BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive Recruiter for an opportunity with our client. Title: Marketing Executive Recruiter Contract Term: 6 Months Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 1-2 times per week) Typical Day in the Role The main objective is to help fill over 30 open marketing roles by the end of the year. Candidate Requirements Years of Experience Required: 10+ years in the field. Relevant recruiting experience, especially for marketing teams, is prioritized over formal education credentials. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience Minimum 10+ years’ experience with Executive/Talent Search, including sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates at all career stages. Minimum 10+ years’ experience with Data-Driven Talent Strategy, including proficiency in analytics and talent intelligence tools to inform hiring decisions, forecast workforce needs, and measure recruiting effectiveness. 3-5 years’ experience with Office Tools (OneNote, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
