Carolina PRG is partnering with a long-standing client in the manufacturing and distribution of apparel who is seeking a skilled and dependable Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! This is a hybrid opportunity offering the chance to support a thriving and fast-paced finance department in a reputable and growing company. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle accounts receivable functions including invoicing, payment processing, cash applications, and collections Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts to ensure timely payments Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies and disputes Maintain accurate AR records and ensure compliance with internal controls Partner cross-functionally with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and efficient resolution of issues Prepare regular AR reporting for leadership, highlighting risk and trends Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes related to AR Requirements: ~3+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable and/or Credit & Collections role ~ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) is required ~ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ~ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills ~ Prior experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment is a plus
